Emergency Commission Meeting Minutes

May 22, 2003

 

CALL TO ORDER:  Mayor Gary Combs called the special meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. in Town Hall chambers.  He led the “Pledge of Allegiance” to the Flag.

Mayor Pro-Tem Rik Larson:  present

 

Commissioner Ursel Behnken:  present

 

Commissioner Kevin Reeves:  absent

 

Commissioner Jerry McCallister:  present

DISCUSS AND MAKE CHANGES TO THE TOWN ADMINISTRATIVE POLICY MANUAL – The mayor suggested that the commission go through the personnel policy manual first.  Time ran out so the commission was instructed to look through the policy manual and brief any changes to Deputy Clerk Tina Smith.

DISCUSS AND MAKE CHANGES TO THE TOWN PERSONNEL POLICY MANUAL – The commission went through the Personnel Policy Manual as Deputy Clerk Tina Smith wrote down the suggested changes.  The new changes will be added to the existing manual and gone through by the commission once more.  The training section will be drafted up by Mayor Combs and e-mailed to everyone for approval.

Commission Meeting – Tonight at 6:00 p.m.

 

ADJOURNMENT:  Commissioner Behnken moved to adjourn at 5:58.  Commissioner Larson seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.
