APPROVE
MINUTES FROM THE
FEBRUARY
2, 2006
P&Z MEETING -- Member Behnken moved to approve the minutes from the
February
2, 2006
meeting as amended. Member
Tucker seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.

Member
Tucker moved to recommend to disapprove the current plan dated
24
January, 2006
based
on compatibility issues, traffic problems, and sidewalks issues.
Also, when a new plan is issued, they need to come back to the Planning
and Zoning Board before going before the Town Commission.

seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.
