meeting to order at 5:55 in Town Hall

UPDATE
ON MARINA NEGOTIATIONS - Mayor Combs reported that Steve Peterson
from the Shalimar Yacht Basin submitted a letter to the town declining the
town’s offer to buy the Yacht Basin. |

RESOLUTION 2007-03 - In order for the referendum to be removed from the ballot, the Commission would have to approve a resolution rescinding Resolution Number 2007-02. Commissioner McCallister moved to approve Resolution 2007-03 as written. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Garcia and passed unanimously. |
