CALL
TO ORDER: Mayor
Gary Combs called the Emergency Meeting to order at 5:02
p.m. in the front offices of the Shalimar Town Hall.

SENIOR HOMESTEAD EXEMPTION - Commissioner McCallister moved to approve Ordinance 2007-06 as written. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Behnken and passed unanimously. |

Mayor
Combs reported that a resident applied for a building permit to build a
structure in the drainage and utility easement.
Because of the past easement issues, the issue will be on the Planning
and Zoning Board agenda tomorrow and may come in front of the Commission at the
June 12th meeting.
ADJOURNMENT:
Commissioner McCallister moved to adjourn the meeting at 5:09.
The motion was seconded by Commissioner Wagner and passed unanimously.
