meeting was called to order by Chairman Gable at 6:00 p.m.
He led the “Pledge of Allegiance”.

APPROVE
MINUTES FROM THE JUNE 27, 2007 P&Z MEETING
- Member Dominique’s name is misspelled on the minutes.
Member Behnken moved to
approve the minutes of the June 27, 2007 P&Z Meeting as amended.
The motion was seconded by Member Clements and passed unanimously. |

EAR
CONTRACT DISCUSSION - The Town
Commission authorized Chairman Brad Gable to sign the contract.
The Planning and Zoning Board reviewed the contract and made a few
changes. Member
Dominique moved to accept the agreement with the changes discussed.
The motion was seconded by Member Behnken and passed unanimously.

BUSINESS: There
was no new business.
ANNOUNCEMENTS:
August 14, 2007 – 6:00 p.m. – TOWN COMMISSION MEETING
August 29, 2007 – 6:00 p.m. – PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING
ADJOURNMENT: Co-Chairman Tucker moved to adjourn the meeting at 6:54 p.m. Member Clements seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.
