CALL
TO ORDER: The
Special Public Hearing was called to order by Chairman Gable at 5:58 p.m.
He announced that there are 2 members absent but there is a quorum
present. He then led the “Pledge
of Allegiance”.

APPROVE
MINUTES FROM THE MARCH 10, 2008 SPECIAL P&Z MEETING - Member
Dominique moved to approve the minutes from the March 10, 2008 Special
Planning and Zoning Meeting. The
motion was seconded by Member Behnken and passed unanimously. |

EAR
CHANGE APPROVAL - Mr. Jack
Dorman went over the revised EAR. Member
Gable asked for Public Comments and no input was given.
Member Dominique moved to
recommend to the Shalimar Town Commission the adoption of the Evaluation
and Appraisal Report with the changes.
The motion was seconded by Member Behnken and passed unanimously. |
