TO ORDER – Mayor Combs called the meeting to order
at 6:00 p.m. in Town Hall chambers.
He led the "Pledge of Allegiance" to the Flag.

EVALUATION
AND APPRAISAL REPORT (EAR) ADOPTION - RESOLUTION 2008-03 - Jack Dorman explained the history of the process;
that the Planning and Zoning Board has met several times in the last year to get
to this point. He then briefed the
Department of Community Affairs suggested changes. Commissioner
McCallister moved to approve Resolution 2008-03 as written. The
motion was seconded by Commissioner Garcia and passed unanimously.
