CALL
TO ORDER: The
Planning and Zoning Board Meeting was called to order by Chairman Gable at 6:03
p.m. He then led the “Pledge of
Allegiance”.

APPROVE
MINUTES FROM THE JULY 30, 2008 P&Z MEETING - Member Behnken moved
to approve the minutes of the July 30, 2008 P&Z Meeting as written.
The motion was seconded by Member Tucker and passed unanimously. |

LOT
DIVISION REQUEST - Manager
Burns briefed the board about his meeting with Attorney Chesser regarding
the lot division. The board
agreed that there would be no reason to deny the division but would like
the property owner to submit a preliminary plat to them for approval.
The preliminary plat will then be forwarded to the commission for
approval. |
