ORDINANCE NO. 97-04
AN ORDINANCE ADDING DOCUMENTATION TO THE APPLICATION FOR BUILDING PERMITS IN THE TOWN OF SHALIMAR, FL, AND REQUIREMENT FOR PERMITTING RIP RAP CONSTRUCTION
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE TOWN OF SHALIMAR, FLORIDA,
That the Code of Ordinances, Town of Shalimar, Florida, is hereby amended by adding to Section 58-182 (a) Application, words which read as follows:
Section 58-182
(a) Application. After facilities certification add....
"The application shall include a letter from the owners association that the proposed construction meets all dimensional, architectural and other requirements contained in the covenants applicable to the association."
That the Code of Ordinances, Town of Shalimar, Florida, is hereby amended by adding to Section 58-206 Construction Permits, words which read as follows:

Construction Permits
(h) After bulkhead - insert "rip rap."
