ORDINANCE NO. 99-08

 AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF SHALIMAR, FLORIDA
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 90-04 THE NAME OF LICENSE
HOLDER WARNER CABLE COMMUNICATIONS TO
COX COMMUNICATIONS GULF COAST, LLC; AND AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.

 

WHEREAS

the Town of Shalimar has granted a license to construct, operate and maintain a cable television system in the Town of Shalimar to Warner Cable Communications governed by Ordinance 90-04, signed May 13, 1990; and

WHEREAS

said Ordinance No. 90-04 sets forth conditions accompanying the grant of license; and

WHEREAS

said Ordinance provides for a line extension formula and for Town regulation and use of the Cable Television system.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission of the Town of Shalimar, that the name of the franchise licensee be transferred to

Cox Communications Gulf Coast, LLC with all privileges and responsibilities.
